一、公司架构:
陕西国萃生物制品有限公司创建于1984年,1994年进入植物蛋白生物生化工程领域,是专业从事植物(大豆)蛋白生物生化工程技术及产品的研究、开发、生产与销售的高新技术密集型专业化公司。公司位于西安高新技术产业开发区,公司组织机构如下图:

公司现有员工79人,总资产5000多万元,年产强生饮、唐可肽100吨。2006年以来产品一直处在供不应求的局面。
二、技术
运用陕西国萃生物制品有限公司自主研发的微生物法——制备大豆多肽成套生物工程技术、生产大豆多肽“唐可肽”“强生饮”及系列产品。
1、该工程技术理论基础:是用“国萃植物蛋白生物生化工程技术”生产具有功能成分的大豆活性多肽制品。本工程项目产品的制造,运用了微生物工程学、蛋白质工程学、食品工程学、人体细胞工程学等学科的前沿理论,综合系统工程学原理设计了技术密集型工艺路线。其工程和产品既符合国家食品药品GMP规范、又达到美国FDA现行行业标准。纯大豆蛋白完全生物化制品规模加工项目及产品在国际国内目前尚未见报道,本项目工程采用的微生物法——制备大豆多肽成套生物工程技术就现时间段比较,应处在世界先进水平。从目前世界发达国家美国、日本、法国、加拿大均掀起大豆生物化加工研究的科技浪潮,目前均未见到完全生物化——规模工业化生产技术及产品的报道。
2、该项目工程技术的核心点:是在对人体生理和生化调节机理深入研究的基础上,以人体微生态学理论为指导,运用由微生物控制工程菌分泌的特定胞外酶,对天然大豆蛋白质进行定位切割、定向转化、合成,形成具有营养细胞和调节细胞功能的小分子蛋白多肽、器官特异性氨基酸、维生素B2、卵磷脂、双歧因子、植物异黄酮等多种具有生物学活性物质。将国萃微生物法-制备大豆多肽成套生物工程技术运用于开发国家优先发展的“大豆行动计划“产业之中,同时确立了将生物工程技术运用于大豆蛋白《多肽保健品及药品》加工领域的全新理念,是现代大豆蛋白加工工业的一次革命。使人类强身防病和对某些疾患进行无任何毒副作用的调理得到康复成为现实。

三、产品
本项目产品是以食源性非转基因大豆蛋白及大豆全价营养物质为主原料,经过多种微生物定向分解、转化、合成,获得具有多种特定生物学活性的多肽类及功能性物质。具有多多种小分子肽,同时直接针对人体某些疾病而生产产品。这也正是酶法工程技术目前无法完成的。
已取得生产许可证的产品:唐可肽和强生饮,设计年产量为10000吨。
1、唐可肽 是公司针对糖尿病患者开发的创新产品,含有植物胰岛素样多肽物质,在有效调节血糖的同时能非常有效的预防、控制、减轻或消除糖尿病合病症的发生和发展。唐可肽产品的上市,将对糖尿病人群的康复产生重大的作用。
2、强生饮 是公司针对市场受众面最大的产品,该产品富含可增加人体免疫功能和改善肠胃功能的活性多肽及功效因子物质。该产品不仅可增强人体免疫功能,而且对常见的人体消耗性疾病、便秘、腹泻、慢性溃疡、炎症、胃肠功能紊乱以及神经性病变具有良好的双向调节作用,尤其针对体弱、多病人群。
3、储备产品
公司在已有产品的基础上,充分利用国萃植物蛋白生物生化工程技术平台——制备大豆多肽类产品。
目前基本研制完成的有: 国萃1号抗肿瘤产品,抑瘤作用显著,而且安全、无毒副作用,并已通过动物试验,根据动物实验抑瘤率为70—95%。
国萃2号 ——消化道专用产品。

Abstract
1. Cooperation Organization: Shaanxi Guocui Biological product Limited Cooperation was founded in1984, and initiated its biochemical plant protein processing project in 1994. Since then, Shaanxi Guocui has been focused at research, Enovation, and development of technologies and biotechnologies in producing bio-chemically processed soybean products. Shaanxi Guocui Headquarter is located in the Ancient Capital City , Xian, China . The Cooperation organizational structure is illustrated as follows.

Guocui now has 79 full time employees and over 50 million Yuan assets. Current annual production capacity is about 100 tons of both Tang-Ka-Tai and Qiang-Sheng-Yien . Since 2006, the production could no longer meet the market demands.
2. Technology: Shaanxi Guocui uses its own proprietary technology, the biological and biochemical processing system for soybean polypeptides, to produce Tang-Ka-Tai, Qiang-Sheng-Yien, and a series of soybean polypeptide products.
• T heoretical principles: The Guocui the biological and biochemical processing system produces soybean polypeptide products that are of biologically functional and active. The production system was established on the bases of microbiology engineering technology, protein-engineering technology, food processing-engineering technology, modern human cellular-engineering theory, and systems biology theory and principles. Guocui''''s biologically and Biochemically processed soybean products satisfy both the China''''s National Food and Drug requirements (GMP) and the American FDA''''s standard. There is no report on large scale production system of biologically and biochemically processed p ure soybean protein products. Therefore, Guocui''''s biological and biochemical processing system should have been leading the technology of this area in the world although research activity on biological and biochemical engineering of soybean products has recently been increased significantly in developed countries including the United States of America, Japan, France, and Canada.
• Core technology: Through proper use of a controlled microbiological engineering system and special extracellular enzymes, natural soybean proteins are subjected restricted degeneration, conversion, re-synthesis and transformed into rich nutrient polypeptides with smaller molecular weights and regulatory functionality, organ-specific amino acids, vitamin B2, lecithin, Bifidus factor , plant isoflavone, and many other biologically active nutrients. The Guocui biological and biochemical engineering and production system has brought a completely new concept into the “Polypeptide Healthy Food and Drug” industry. It is a revolution in modern soybean processing industry. It made prevention and treatment of some human diseases by use of side-effect-free healthy food products a reality.

• Tang-Ka-Tai : Tang-Ka-Tai was specifically developed for diabetic patients. Tang-Ka-Tai contains peptides sharing similarity to insulin. With proper use it can effectively regulate blood sugar level, prevent, control, and reduce diabetic symptoms as well as eliminating diabetes induced complications. Marketing of Tang-Ka-Tai will have an important and positive impact on the health of diabetes patients.
• Qiang-Sheng-Yien : Qiang-Sheng-Yien is Guocui''''s flag-ship product which is favored by numerous general consumers. Qiang-Sheng-Yien contains multi-nutrients and enhances immune system. The after tax profit should be 229.99 million Yuan. The projected construction period is 1 year. Projected time for recovering all investment cost is about 1.45 years. The projected investment return rate is 105%. Yearly interior finance profit is projected for 88.36%.
• The sustainability: The sustainability of long term profit is strongly supported by the following measures: specialized Guocui engineers and technology specialists working on soybean research, development, and crop production, R&D specialists continuously improving the Guocui biological and biochemical processing system, and innovative development of new products to meet the ever changing market demands.
• Reducing production costs: Guocui is operating with a sound strategy, that is, produce and market both series of popular products and brand-named products, therefore, making low-cost marketing possible and realistic.
• Broad marketability: Guocui''''s series products are conveniently associated with Chinese and oversea dietary habits. In addition, the high-tech products represent the sweat fruits of modern science and technology and provide side effect free therapeutic healthy food products to fight against diseases and preserve health. 7. Goals for the nest 3-5 years:
• Construct three production lines in Beijing , Shanghai , and Shenzhen, respectively, in next three years. Each will produce 10,000 tons of Guocui series products that enjoy domestic brand-names.
• Try to construct production lines abroad with a capacity of 10,000 tons and 5,000 tons.
• Target half a million tons of popular products for domestic and international markets and strive to achieve annual revenue of 10 billion Yuan or more.
